The Hive - Gregory Hills

The Hive Gregory Hills, in collaboration with Thiink Real Estate, engaged us to create a suite of marketing materials to support the leasing campaign for their commercial building development. We designed a 24-page promotional booklet that showcased the development, its features and leasing opportunities through a strategic blend of clear communication, engaging layouts and considered visual design. We also developed supporting signage to create a cohesive brand experience across the property, helping to attract prospective tenants and communicate the vision of The Hive Gregory Hills.
